Joey Levin

Joey Levin serves as the CEO of Mindspark Interactive Network, a consumer software company that builds, markets and delivers a wide range of internet consumer products across diverse brands. Referred to as “digital snacks”, these fun, useful, and popular products cater to a variety of tastes and are available wherever and whenever users wants to consume them. Mindspark features more than 50 digital brands including leading health and fitness destination DailyBurn, virtual world Zwinky®, as well as a range of interactive products that enable users to creatively and interactively express themselves online, including Webfetti™, My Fun Cards™, and SmileyCentral®.
Mr. Levin is also the CEO of IAC Search, overseeing all businesses in IAC’s Search segment: Ask.com, Mindspark Interactive Network, Dictionary.com and Pronto. In this role he is responsible for maximizing commonalities and opportunities across IAC’s Search brands.
Prior to his appointment at Mindspark in November 2009, Mr. Levin served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance for IAC. Since joining IAC in 2003, Joey has worked on a number of transactions for IAC including the acquisitions of ServiceMagic and People Media, and the spin-offs of Ticketmaster, Interval Leisure Group, HSN, and LendingTree, completed in 2008. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Levin worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group for Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse) in San Francisco advising public and private technology and e-commerce companies on a variety of transactions.
Mr. Levin also serves on the board of Tree.com (NASDAQ: TREE) and The Active Network (NYSE: ACTV). He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
